Pour essential oils and carrier oils into a small glass container. Swirl to mix ingredients and massage lightly on yourself or partner on the neck, temples, chest, back, and or feet. Avoid open wounds, genitals, eyes, and mucous membranes. Store unused portions in a glass jar with tight fitting lid in a dark cool place for 3 up to 3 months.

Grounding Spray: This essential oil blend has aphrodisiac, nerve calming, sedative and antidepressant therapeutic properties. 

3 drops Rosemary oil

4 drops Patchouli oil

3 drops Myrrh oil

3 drops vitamin E (carrier oil)

1 tablespoon witch hazel

2 fl oz water

Combine ingredients into a dark-colored spray bottle. Shake well before each spray. Spray onto the body, hair, bed, pillows, car, or office.
